Login to the personal account
Registration in the personal account
To register in the personal account, you need to follow the link: https://sybillehealth.com/sign-up. At this address, a window with the following content will open:
1 β Email address input field. Mandatory field.
2 β Password input field. Mandatory field.
3 β Confirmation field for age and acceptance of the privacy policy. Mandatory field.
4 β Confirmation field for subscribing to Santa Maria newsletters. Optional field.
5 β "Register" button. The button becomes available only after correctly filling in all the mandatory fields.
6 β Link to the authorization page.
7 β Link to the homepage.
Authorization in the personal account
To log in to the personal account, you need to follow the link: https://sybillehealth.com/signin. At this address, a window with the following content will open:
1 β Email address input field. Mandatory field.
2 β Password input field. Mandatory field.
3 β Link to the password recovery page.
4 β Authorization button. The button becomes available only after correctly filling in all the mandatory fields.
5 β Link to the registration page.
6 β Link to the homepage.
Password recovery
To recover the password for your account, you need to follow the link on the authorization page (see previous item). The page will appear as follows:
1 β Email input field.
2 β Button for password recovery.
3 β Link to the authorization page.
4 β Link to the homepage.
After entering the email and clicking the button, a link to reset the password will be sent to the specified email address.
Functions of the personal account
Immediately after logging into the client's personal account, the page will look something like this:
The desktop version is visually divided into two parts: the menu on the left and the content of the selected menu item on the right.
In the mobile version, the menu is hidden, and the menu button is located in the upper right corner.
At the top of the menu, there is brief information about the client with an avatar. Below that, there are menu items (menu items marked as "Coming soon" are not yet available and will appear over time). Below the menu items, there is a logout button.
Let's consider each available menu item separately.
Home page
The home page displays news, notifications, and quick access to certain functions (see example in the image above).
Medical records
On the medical records page, you can find the results of medical examinations and doctors' conclusions.
Medical records are divided into four categories:
Data: various analyses and indicators of your health.
Doctors' conclusions.
Files.
Input information: this section contains data that you brought to the clinic and that does not change over time (for example, your birthplace, inherited diseases, etc.).
Microscopy
Horowitz questionnaire
In this section, the patient can independently fill out the Horowitz questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire are necessary for the doctor to conduct a better diagnosis. Once the questionnaire is filled out, it cannot be changed.
Orders
On the bookings page, you can view detailed information about all the bookings you have made.
Invoices
On the invoices page, you can view a list of invoices with detailed information for each invoice: when the invoice was issued, which services are included, the total cost of the invoice, and the remaining amount to be paid.
Schedule
On the schedule page, you can view the schedule for a specific day. The schedule is usually prepared on Sundays for the following week and may change during the week.
Bonus balance
On the balance page, you can view a detailed history of bonus accruals and deductions in the system. The balance is increased by attracting new clients to the Santa Maria clinic through your referral link, which is provided on the main page of the personal account. Deductions from the balance are made by the clinic staff upon invoice issuance, based on your request.
Personal settings
On the personal settings page, you can modify your personal information (such as name, surname, gender, date of birth, etc.), change your email address (for security purposes, you need to log out and log back into the system before changing your email), and reset your password (when resetting the password, an email with a link to change the password will be sent to the email address registered in the system).
Log out of the personal account
To log out of the personal account, click on "Logout" located at the bottom of the menu panel.
